This week, Cambridge Realty Capital arranged for a $6 million HUD Lean loan for the refinancing of the Olivenhain Guest Home in Encinitas, California. Continuing its tradition of excellence and expertise in HUD lending, Cambridge arranged for a fully-amortized, 30 year HUD Section 232 pursuant to Section 223(f) loan for the owner of the Olivenhain community. Olivenhain Guest Home provides Alzheimer’s, memory care, and assisted living services. The community has 42 beds for residents. This latest transaction from Cambridge is just one example of Cambridge’s commitment to client service.
