Cambridge Realty Capital Companies is among the bronze sponsors for the inaugural International Management Network (IMN) Real Estate Private Equity Conference on Senior Housing scheduled Sept. 17-18 at the Fairmont Hotel and Bungalows in Santa Monica, Calif.

Two senior executives from the firm, Chairman Jeffrey Davis and Managing Director Hymie Barber of Catalyst/Cambridge Healthcare Finance in Los Angeles, will participate as panelists during the two-day event.

“This is the first IMN conference dedicated to how real estate private equity players are financing all types of senior housing companies and properties, including assisted living, nursing homes, affordable senior housing, continuing care retirement communities and 55+ communities.  Focused panels, small group meetings and interactive shark tank discussions will offer attendees real-life examples from both the senior private equity and senior housing owner/operator perspectives,” Mr. Davis said.

According to IMN organizers, the conference will offer insight into senior housing property acquisitions from those at the forefront of such lucrative deals.

Mr. Davis will join a panel that discusses Property-level Acquisitions, Valuations and Due Diligence.  Mr. Barber, who also is National Originations Manager for Cambridge, will be part of a panel discussion titled Comparing Bank Financing vs. Private Equity vs. Public Markets vs. Government Financing.
