Cambridge Realty Capital Companies reports providing a $6,871,330 HUD-Insured loan to refinance McKinley Health Care Center, a skilled care nursing facility located in Canton, Ohio. Jeffrey A. Davis, Cambridge Chairman, said that a fully-amortizing, 17-1/2 year term loan was issued to the owner, an Ohio limited liability company. Underwriting the transaction was Cambridge Realty Capital Ltd. of Illinois, the Cambridge business that specializes in underwriting FHA-insured HUD loans.13
McKinley Health Care Center is a 176-bed facility devoted to skilled nursing care.
