Cambridge Realty Capital Companies reports providing a $5,156,000 HUD-Insured loan to refinance Villa St. Francis, a skilled nursing facility located in Olathe, Kansas. Jeffrey A. Davis, Cambridge Chairman, said that a fully-amortizing, 22-year term loan was issued to the owner, a Kansas limited liability company. Underwriting the transaction was Cambridge Realty Capital Ltd. of Illinois, the Cambridge business that specializes in underwriting FHA-insured HUD loans.
Villa St. Francis is a 170-bed facility devoted to skilled nursing care.
