Sampada V. D'silva is the Vice President of Production & Acquisition for Cambridge Realty Capital Companies. On a day-to-day basis, Sampada and her team are responsible for originating transactions, performing financial analysis, and structuring and closing healthcare loans with a variety of financing solutions, including HUD-insured, FNMA and conventional bank mortgages for single properties and large portfolios.
Ms. D'silva is also responsible for evaluating acquisition / sale/leaseback opportunities; underwriting and analysis; participating in the presentations to equity investors and debt sources; coordinating the due diligence process; conferring with the operating team, and working on ad-hoc projects focused on driving Cambridge's growth strategy.
Ms. D'silva began her career in 1996 with Dodsal Ltd., a multi-national company, as a management trainee. She was later promoted to finance manager in the corporate finance department.
Ms. D'silva obtained her MBA in Finance and Information Systems from Loyola University, Chicago in 1999. Prior to that, she obtained an MMS in Finance from the University of Bombay, India.
