Megan Kiefer joined Cambridge in November of 2008 as an Associate and was promoted to Loan Administration Officer in May of 2010. Her primary duties include overseeing the HUD-Insured Construction Portfolio and assisting with the asset management of the Permanent Loan Portfolio. While fulfilling these duties, Megan deals extensively with borrowers, architects, and contractors, helping to facilitate communication between these entities and HUD. Additionally, Megan assists with the issuance of Ginnie Mae Mortgage Backed Securities.
Megan graduated from Loyola University Chicago in May of 2010 where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management.
