Jeffrey Lusero works with the HUD-insured financing arm of Cambridge Realty Capital Companies. As Mortgage Accounting Officer, he is responsible for the servicing of Cambridge's HUD-insured permanent mortgage portfolio. Servicing duties include invoicing, collections, bill payment, banking, investor payments, GNMA reporting, and client escrow account maintenance. Mr. Lusero communicates with clients, banks and investors to ensure that all transactions and reports are completed on a timely basis.
Mr. Lusero came to Cambridge in 2000 from Compdent Corp., a large dental care benefits provider, where he served as billing supervisor.
