Director - Senior Housing Real Estate Finance / Investment

Mature, experienced, and success-driven  individual with identifiable strong  history of high level achievement in commercial real estate finance or high net worth/institutional investment, who is looking for new challenges and opportunities to utilize skill set in expanding world of Senior Housing Real Estate Finance and Investment.

 

Opportunity to create, lead and participate in individual profit center based on candidates ability to demonstrate to Company the ability to monetize the individual's skills and experiences.

 

Individual will have direct access to Company President and Founder; and will participate in team environment with existing clients and executives at leading Chicago-based real estate finance and investment firm specializing in senior housing properties on a nationwide basis.

 

The primary activities of this position include all or parts of the following:

 

  • Expansion and development of Company funding sources for both debt/equity;
  • Fund raising on both specific projects or acquisitions and/or blind pools;
  • Expansion and development of existing and new client relationships;
  • Assisting in new Company principal strategic initiatives and executions;
  • Screening opportunities for prospective preliminary financing and underwriting, and negotiating with clients to obtain signed letters of intent;
  • Designing and reviewing underwritings and offerings, implementing and executing deal strategy and outcome possibilities;
  • Participation in underwriting and acquisition of Company principal investments;
  • Lead role in marketing, placement and closing of client loan requests with Company network of lenders and investors;

 

Experience:

Successful candidate will have minimum of seven (7) years or greater experience in commercial real estate finance, banking, or lending. A strong history demonstrating lead role in multiple closed transactions is required. The compensation of the position is salary and incentive bonus.
