Mr. Reid is a Real Estate Investment Banker with 25+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance and valuation. He has completed over 2.1 Billion in Structured Financings and investment advisory assignments encompassing senior debt and subordinated / mezzanine debt originations; structured development financing; complex due diligence projects; project valuations and appraisals; private equity - capital formation projects; profitability-feasibility analyses; distressed asset workouts; bankruptcy restructurings; and real estate dispositions and investment sales.
Mr. Reid is managing principal of Cambridge Realty Capital Southwest, a regional affiliate of Cambridge Realty Capital Companies of Chicago, IL. Mr. Reid graduated from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business with a BS in Real Estate Finance. He has held certified general appraisal licenses in Idaho, Washington and California and was an associate member and MAI Candidate with the Appraisal Institute from 1995 - 1999.
