Anthony Marino serves as a Vice President for the HUD-Insured financing arm of Cambridge Realty Capital Companies, and has been with Cambridge since 1997. He is responsible for the management of the permanent loan portfolio, as well as the supervision of the construction loan portfolio. He also acts as a liaison between the project owners and HUD, answering questions and processing loan payouts. For new construction loan projects, Mr. Marino works closely with the architects, contractors, owners and HUD to coordinate all aspects of the construction process and ensure that the project proceeds efficiently and on schedule.
Mr. Marino received his BS in Management and Marketing from the University of Illinois-Chicago in 1999.
