The tone in San Diego at last week’s NIC Regional conference was the most upbeat we have experienced, and we are veteran NIC attendees!  There was a full house for the general opening session, and everyone we talked to seemed to be in a positive mood about the future of senior housing.  We had lots of meetings and dialogues over the three-day conference, and one regional SNF operator commented that it was a “most exciting time.”
